Spindle RPM & Feed Guidance
Start conservatively and increase as your machine allows:

• RPM: 14,000 – 18,000

• Feed Rate: 180 – 280 IPM

• Plunge Rate: 50 – 80 IPM

This bit is intended for roughing, not final surface finish. Use deeper passes and higher feed rates than a standard end mill, then follow up with a finishing tool for best results.
